We finally finished our deck! Of course, like any home improvement project....it took a bit longer than expected...and just a FEW dozen trips to Home Depot. It's been usable for a while now...but the final payment & finishing touches are now complete. ALL DONE!!! Yay! Awesome new patio furniture, grill, umbrella & all. Here's some of the process:

We rebuilt & leveled a small concrete square for the stair landing...pouring & moving cement is hard work! The remnants came in handy to fill in the dirt under the expanded part of the deck.
Zelli checking out her new digs. We decided on Trex decking...we'd rather be playing outside than working outside sanding/painting our deck in the future!
Yay! Dinner on the deck! We got out every chance we could, although it had to rain practically EVERY day in June!
