My hair has been long (& pretty boring, but easy!) for quite some time. Last year I decided I would get a haircut in the Spring & donate it. Pantene Pro-V runs the "Beautiful Lengths" program to make wigs for cancer patients so I decided to send it in to them. They have a lot of great before & after photos online. Here's my results.....

All Jazzed up!
We decided to get a "5-pack" of games to see the Jazz this season. It turned out to be more fun than I thought it might be, & was always a night of good food with great friends too! We caught a couple pretty exciting games & a couple that were a little more painful (& frustrating) to watch.

South for the "Summer"
Even though it was still "ski season" Jeremy & I were brave enough to head for the desert for a couple of days to meet up with his friend Voree (a college roommate) & family from Washington State. The weather was PERFECT! We defintely had a lot of fun biking & hanging out with them!
The first day we took them on the "Baby steps" trail which eveyone enjoyed...no pics though. Jeremy needs to carry the camera next time cause I was just trying to catch up with the group (there were 12 of us!) We were able to hitch a ride in their truck with them which saved us from biking at least 6 miles on the gravel road! Yay! I was certainly happy about that!
Sunday they convinced me to ride the "Porcupine Rim" trail with them (a new ride for both of us), here's what we saw!
The views were amazing along the rim...just didn't want to look out there too much while riding or you might just end up there!
Voree & Jeremy
Incredible vistas, we even stopped to enjoy (for a minute)!I survived in the end, & even had FUN! Still smiling despite some small scrapes & bruises to show for it all! Hey, it's not biking if you're not bleeding right?!?!?

After the ride Jeremy & I headed up to hike the "Moab Rim" trail (straight uphill, mind you), which many other ATV/jeeps like to test their vehicles on. Lookers left is what they encouter....gnarly for sure! Lots of scrapes on those rocks!
