8 months!

Ham. That is one word to describe this funny boy! He always has us (& himself) laughing & is quite the bundle of joy (usually). Thank goodness I snuck a shot in before the chaos started.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Well, of course this year is full of a lot of "firsts." We had fun celebrating Collin's first Thanksgiving with Jeremy's parents. We had enough food for an army! The leftovers are always good. Hope this finds you & your family happy & healthy. We have SO much to be thankful for!

Komeoniwannagoto Kauai

WOW! What a wonderful time we had in Kauai! It was such a treat to wake up everyday & have the whole day together, usually without even a plan for the day. Collin had his own plan though, & that involved getting up at 5am. Dad was nice enough to accompany him & let me sleep a bit. Luckily the sunrises are pretty anyways (usually caught sunset, & moon rise as well).

We enjoyed several days on the beach, a couple fun & adventurous hikes, & scenic views of Waimea Canyon. Here's a few photos to lure you in...

25 Hours of Frog Hollow

We headed South for the weekend for the annual bike race with the boys. It was great to see the Bennett family again. I'm so glad we chose the hotel option this go around as the weather was very cold & brutally WINDY for the desert. At least there's always good Mexican food involved.

It ended up to be a short race for their first teammate who crashed 1/2 way through his first lap ending up with a 3rd degree AC (shoulder) separation. Luckily the 4 man team was able to find some other guys willing to fill in their gaps, even for night laps! Here's a few pics:
