Officially: Mr. & Mrs. Coleman!!!

WOW! How lucky are we...and in so many ways! We had an absolutely amazing wedding weekend & gorgeous wedding day (especially considering we woke up to snow the next morning)! It was perfect...sunshine for a beautiful ceremony & dancing under the stars, just the way I wanted it to be! We are so thankful for all who could make it, & look forward to seeing everyone else soon. We hope you all enjoyed Salt Lake and will come visit us again sometime soon! We are truly blessed with such wonderful friends and family! I'll post more pics & links when I can. Onto the honeymoon!!

Thanks again!!!

FIVE days & counting!!!

Yes folks, the big day is almost here! Does this look familiar to anyone? We can't figure out what to do with it. :) Well, I'll keep this short (cause I have just a few things on the to-do list yet), but we are super excited to get married on SUNDAY!!! It'll be fabulous to see everyone & have a big ol' celebration! Thanks for all of your help, support, & best wishes! See you soon! Pray the rain will GO AWAY!!!!

Women of Steel: Triathalon!!!

We had a beautiful morning, accompanied by snow-capped mountain peaks & plentiful sunshine for our first Women of Steel sprint triathalon. We gathered up some of the float pool nurses at work & a couple friends & did our best! Fun stuff, great motivation. Let's do it again next year! Here we go....American Fork Fitness Center outdoor pool (88 degree water mind you-HOT!)

the SWIM (300 meters, man that was a LONG pool!)

the BIKE (11.5 miles)

the RUN (3 miles)

The bank sponsored the race & broke out their hot air balloon! It matched our swim caps perfectly! (If you look close/zoom in you can catch Jeremy's photo skills as they fire up the balloon)

the FINISH (still standing & smiling)! Yeah!

Friend Amy & I, yes...she's recently a mother & kicked my butt by 43 seconds. Strong work girl!

The wonderful support & cheering crew (Jeremy & his parents Barb & Emmet)

Kristin & Laura, gals from work! Way to go team CSRU!
